Our Facilities
This is exactly where we team up to ideate, huddle around to churn our plans into realtime solutions.
The sign shop is a 1500sq.ft. fully centralized air conditioned facility with latest HP Latex printer for digital printing, plotter cutter, screen printing, 2 automatic and manual rollers for sign production with a capability of producing up to 100 signs per hour.
A 3000sq.ft. facility is equipped with 75KW backup generator, 3 high power drilling machines, 5 cutting machines, 12 welding machines and a packing machine capable of producing all the structures from small signs to the overhead gantries.

Four teams that work in sync
Auditing Team: Headed by Athul K Jose, a total of 7 qualified visiting auditors and engineers make the estimation and reporting.
Production Team: Headed by Akhil K Jose, a 16 member skilled team consisting of 3 designers, 2 printing handlers, 8 sign makers, 1 screen printer and a sign shop manager.
Quality Control Team: Is teamed up by 2 expert engineers and a set of experienced skilled workmen.
Implementation Team: Headed by the MD, a total of 5 Road Marking teams, 5 Studs Installation team, 4 SignBoards Installation teams, 3 Crash Barrier Installation team and 1 automated crash barrier installation team, form the ground force that brings about the real closure to the execution part.
